  Answer - Who appoints you?
A: Untitled Two members of the Commission are appointed by the British Government, of whom one is from Northern Ireland. They are John Grieve and John Alderdice. One member is appointed by the Irish Government. He is Joe Brosnan. The fourth is appointed by both Governments on the nomination of the Government of the United States. He is Dick Kerr.
